Dr. Hüseyin Afşın İlhan
Dr. İlhan completed his undergraduate law education in 2006 at Yeditepe University School of Law (Istanbul/Turkey) and his postgraduate law education in 2009 at Miami University School of Law (Coral Gables/USA). In 2013, he received his Doctor of Law degree with honors from Yeditepe University Institute of Social Sciences (Istanbul/Turkey) with his doctoral thesis on “Validity of Arbitration Agreements”.
His main areas of expertise are international commercial law, international commercial arbitration, investment arbitration, civil procedure law, and enforcement and bankruptcy law.
He has continued his academic career as a faculty member in the Department of Civil Procedure, Enforcement, and Bankruptcy at Kocaeli University Faculty of Law since 2022.

Tolga Şahin graduated from the Istanbul University Faculty of Law and is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Financial Law at the same institution. Tolga provides legal consultancy services to a wide range of multinational and local clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, project finance, corporate governance, and dispute resolution.
